Digital Dentistry - A Space Odyssey
The 2010 ADEE Annual Meeting will be held from August 25-28 in ACTA, Amsterdam, The Netherlands. The central theme of the meeting is the support of digital techniques in dental education with a focus on simulation.
In the plenary sessions of the meeting experts from Europe and beyond will introduce you to the world of high technique simulation and virtual reality. In parallel sessions industry and the groves of academe will meet to discuss present and future developments.
The traditional Special Interest Groups will meet to develop and exchange knowledge on a variety of topics. Participants can also choose to join one of the workshops to learn from an expert in their chosen subject.
We invite you to submit abstracts for inclusion in the poster session. Submission details are available on the Abstract page. Last year in Helsinki an unprecedented number of abstracts were submitted and we look forward to an enthusiastic response again this year. Submissions must be set out precisely in accordance with the format included in the abstract instructions. Submitted abstracts that are not in accordance with the guidelines will not be edited, corrected or translated by the organising committee and will not be shortlisted for evaluation by the Scientific Committee.
On Wednesday as part of the pre-conference there will be a meeting of the Forum of European Heads and Deans of Dental Schools (FEHDD).
Two Special Interest Groups will also run on Wednesday and a course will be held on the organisation and running of OSCE's. There is an additional fee for this course. All details can be found in the meeting programme.
